Grant discussed about newest cell phone called T-Mobile "G1" Phone based on Android technology.
Of course, every phone has its own pro and con including G1 phone. He feels that this phone is going get better and better over times. Gmail is awesome and easy to use.
One negative about it — vibration is not strongest at this time but he feels it can be fixed easily. He’ve contacted couple Android developer about it. We will see how it goes next few months hopefully.

Note #1: According to DVTV, Grant mentioned about $35 a month unlimited (data plan) — Again, T-Mobile doesn’t offer unlimited data plan without voice package for this device yet but if you are on family plan, you can add G1 phone for only $35 a month unlimited. Yes, it is unfortunately.

Yep, G1 sucks until they allow for a unlimited data plan. I refuse to get one as long as I have to pay for a voice plan.
I don’t mind paying extra for unlimited data…but I refuse to pay for voice when I will never ever use voice…

Hey what about HTC Touch PRO? Man that phone champs! Way better than G1 and iphone. I only pay 30.00 from Sprint.
I got that brand last fall and I liked it very much. The vibration was not strong enough for me, too. The keyboard was kinda flat and I had a hard typing the keywords. So, I decided to return it and got sidekick lx. I may reconsider getting one again if some of the features improve. Maybe there will be a better one compared to G1, so I’ll wait. What I am looking for is a “G1 VP ” or a “sidekick vp”. So, I can vp my friends by just using my pager. Ha.
I’ve heard about Sprint HTC Touch Pro but it is not Android-based device. Unfortunately. Can you tell me what OS it runs? Windows Mobile?
Yes, HTC Touch Pro runs Windows Mobile 6.1. No, it is not Android-based device. Mobile have a million of free applications, games, you name it and they have it.
I just found out that HTC also have Android-based device.

I want to share this fact, please dont get T-Mobile G1 Phone, but instead get iPhone by AT&T, it’s way much better and you can get deaf discount at least $25 off a month off your bill and they have better network than T-Mobile.

G1 slide out QWERTY keyboard, support for the fast 3G networks, GPS and Bluetooth technology
, offers a number of free apps through Android Market and much more. The compass mode works absolutely well, spin it in any direction it will move fine.
The phone of my dreams, I have it for a while now and it is still in really good condition.
