New videophone directory website

New videophone directory website which provided by CSD — http://www.vplist.com/
Apparently it wakes CSD up once we learned that another website, http://www.deafvp.com have been “acquired” by Sorenson recently. The VPList.com website is very simple and easy to use. They also support photo to view as 2nd optional beside names. I am pretty sure they will expand it as time goes by.
Little history – Eric Emmons from Austin, Texas originally begins deafVP.com website 1-2 years ago after he become Sorenson manager for Texas regional however this website remains independent at his own expense.
Obviously, DeafVP.com website has gone popular and I guess Sorenson got interested and acquired it – there’s more in it. They re-designed it where we no longer able to type in COMMENT where people like to add IP numbers in it for non-VP-100 users. (D-Link i-2-eye products)
Again, DeafVP.com remains strong with many features and cool statistics & ranking in it but it is clearly designed for VP-100 users while VPList.com jumped in and opens to all videophone users including VP-100 users.
Bottom line, as long as VPList.com continued expanding from time to time, they can be as good as DeafVP.com – only time will tell us.
