Two days ago, I discovered that my D-Link DVC-1000 got busted.
As you can see it kept giving “green” screen for no reason. I can’t figure what’s wrong. I did reset it – I did turn it off and on and I also did move to different TV – none of these helps. I finally called CSD Customer Service and we did able to connect it thru videophone but they can’t see me on it. I still can see them over there clearly.
They agreed that it is rare problem and they will be more than happy to exchange it from local CSD office. I called manager in Dallas and she said next shipment will arrive this Monday. I need to do it ASAP before they run out again. It’s popular and they have been very aggressively these days.
I will keep you posted how it goes next few days.
