Makeover Home Edition - Vardon Family on DVD
4 01 2005ABC re-aired Extreme Makeover: Home Edition - Vardon Family last January 2nd – I went ahead and set up my DVD recorder to copy it. (worth two hours long with commerical) I had to do it because I did not have opportunity to watch it last November.
I was able to watch it on computer – it works very well even with CC. Make sure you need Intervideo WinDVD or Cyberlink PowerDVD then you will be able to view it with caption. Of course, you have to go option and enable CC. Subtitle won’t do it – trust me.
Anyway, when I get chance, I will try and transfer it into different format then put it up on my website. It could be big file but otherwise it should work just fine. If you would like to have a copy, just let me know.

hey…did you about the TivoToGo? It has the capability to transfer the program or “file” from the TV to your computer…as long as there are no copy restrictions…it will be a free upgrade if you have a stand-alone with TiVo
Is there any way to get a copy of the Extreme Home Makeover Vardon Family episode from you? I have a friend whose son is autistic and would love to see it. She has missed it being aired both times.
Just let me know.
Blessings,
Carmen

Hi
I have an autistic son,7, and two typical kids- 17 and 3.
I missed the airing of the extreme make-over home edition both times– I never watch tv, so I never heard of it– til a friend mentioned it (after she saw it).
Can I get a copy?
It means so much to me to see some… inspiration… as well as get some needed ideas for making life more.. livable.
Thanks so much.
Sincerely,
Linda

Hello,
I found your blog through a google search and I see you were lucky to capture Extreme Makeover Home Edition with the Vardon Family. Could I please receive a copy of this from you? I teach ASL at a High School and my tape of this episode is ruined. Thanks.

I am a teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. I also teach American Sign Language as a 2nd language (to hearing high school students). We show this episode to our deaf and ASL students — a DVD would be so much easier to use than VHS. Is is possible to get a copy? I am willing to pay for it. Thanks so much, Lisa
