Many deaf people do not drink much as they're so busy catching up with their old friends thus they tend forgot that they're in a drinking establishment. They usually have just one beer or none. A bar is in a business to make money by selling drinks. In regards to your DHH...... grrr, those *&%$ cheapos! In the future, the waitstaff should hold on to their customers' credit cards until they're ready to leave. It’s a problem here in New York City too.
