Google Talk - Beta
23 08 2005
Wow!
I didn’t think it would happen anyhow since we have three Instant Messenger program. (Yahoo, AOL & MSN)
I am betting that Google Talk will push further features which they are offering VoIP and others. It would even nice if they can include some of the popular feature for deaf community like click to relay service.
In fact, I know one of the relay services is going release relay service toolbar and it’s really nice! I don’t know when it will be available but I will make sure you guys will know when it’s open to public.
Anyway, I am going try Google Talk and let you know. You should try too. If so, try to reach me at grantlairdjr – this is my gmail account.
They say talk is cheap. Google thinks it should be free. Google Talk enables you to call or send instant messages to your friends for free–anytime, anywhere in the world. Google Talk offers you:
Choice: Get in touch how and when you want to–over email, IM or a call
Quality: Talk through your computer but hear your friends as if they were in the same room
Convenience: Your Gmail contacts are pre-loaded into Google Talk so inviting or talking to your friends is just a click away
Google Talk is in beta and requires a Gmail username and password.
