Ordering a seperate services costs you more. VOIP is highly suggested for small business who want to have budget-savings. I once had VOIP service to get voicemail for my job search. I had to pay $20 something for the service. I felt this can be same concept that VRS company can act as a telephone company to charge us for the service and 10 digit number.
