Grant W Laird Jr discussed about putting images, videos, and text on your blog site, website and others. He saw couple issues that happen to someone recently. They got upset that other people copied their videos online then make money out of it elsewhere.
They decided to remove it from youtube and others. No matter what they decide, this information is more likely already copied from other people or even thru Google or Yahoo.
Yes, it is very unfortunately and may require great time to keep it under control. Internet is not perfect and easy to take advantage regardless.
Please think twice before you put images, videos, and texts on website. As long as you know what you are doing, it should be okay.

Maybe they should put or add something like Copyright © 2007 All rights reserved on the bottom of their website or trademark on their video clips if they wanted ?

Yes they can do that however many people will still ignore it.

Yup, if you wish insert the title of web address on header or footer INSIDE the video and make it permanent, and it is difficult to edit & remove this.
So everyone will notice this title while viewing the video.
