New Braunfels Downtown
Katie and Grant stayed at Faust Hotel (Year 1929) and it was interesting place to stay. Really! Smaller and classic yet enjoyable! Also, awesome downtown - very beautiful - check it out!

"The Cove" Restaurant
Interesting restaurant serving mixed american and mexician foods but they don't have mexican menu at all. They also serve everything in organic even plastic cup made of corn! They got published on Food Network TV -- that's how I found out. They also have public laundromat and self-service car wash!

Under new management (approx 2 years ago) and they have been on "Dirty Jobs" TV series on Discovery Channel. We are impressed with new change!!
